We are proud to provide prompt, efficient processing and shipping for your LeisureMod purchase. Handling time for processed orders is 1-2 business days unless stated otherwise. Ship time for items deliverable by standard ground is 2-7 days, while larger items shipped by freight will average a 3-12 day transit time. A more product-specific delivery window estimate is given above. We always do our best to select the most reliable and expedient freight carriers for the delivery of your purchase!

We value your business and your satisfaction with your LeisureMod product. If you change your mind and wish to return your purchase (for personal reasons other than product defect), you may return it to us following the guidelines below.

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of the original ship date.
• Products must be returned in original condition.
• Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Free shipping is applicable only to items not returned. For returned items, cost of delivery shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.
• Returns must be shipped back to LeisureMod with prepaid shipping label, paid for by the customer and non-refundable. Your package should be addressed to the distribution center noted in the upper right hand corner of your original packing slip.
• Return shipments that are not prepaid will be refused.
• Unauthorized returns will be refused.
• Credit will be issued for merchandise only upon receipt and inspection of returned merchandise, with restocking fee and cost of of delivery shipping deducted from total refund.

• We allow exchanges within the 30 days after the items have been received.
• The item to be exchanged must be returned to your local distribution center with the original manufacturer’s packaging.
• If the item being exchanged is higher in price, the customer must pay the difference before the second item is shipped.
• If the item being exchanged is lower in price, the customer will be refunded or credited the difference.
• All exchanged items must be in the original condition and packaging, damage-free. If pieces are missing or damaged, the customer will be held liable for replacement pieces or the exchange may be voided.
• No restocking fees are applied for exchanges but the customer is responsible for return shipping cost of the original item and delivery shipping cost for the new item.

LeisureMod products are carefully packaged and shipped to withstand damage during transportation. If your item arrives with damage or missing parts, we request that you notify us right away. We will work to find you a suitable replacement (with minimum or no cost to you, depending on the circumstance) as promptly as possible.

In the case of a manufacturer’s defect, we are happy replace the defective part, or if needed, the entire unit.

We stand behind every LeisureMod product, and we are committed to 100% resolution of any concerns or complaints. Your satisfaction is our priority, and LeisureMod is backed by absolute customer care.

All LeisureMod items are covered by a full 1-year warranty unless otherwise specified. The included warranty is effective for 1 year from the date of purchase, and covers mechanical failure, defect, or malfunctioning under normal usage.

This warranty applies under the conditions of normal residential use and will not apply to damages incurred during assembly, cleaning or misuse of the product.

If a manufacturing defect is noted, LeisureMod should be notified promptly and provided a copy of the original invoice along with a photo of the defect and the manufacturer’s label.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damaged caused during transportation, dissatisfaction or buyer’s remorse.

Warranty claims must be referred to Backyard Sprawl and we will contact LeisureMod on behalf of the purchaser and process the warranty claim.
