Price Match Guarantee

We all want to know we're getting a good price for our purchases, and while we do believe in a value proposition that is more robust than just low prices (ie: user experience, great customer care, free shipping, and upholding a triple bottom line), we do strive to stay competitive and offer the best value to our customers.

Because of the various pricing policies among the brands we represent, we are not able to offer a price match guarantee on every product, but anywhere we can...we do! Eligibility of a product for our Price Match Guarantee would be found in the SPECIFICATIONS tab on the product page. If it doesn't say it's eligible, it's not. But in either case, you can rest assured we're offering the best price we can while still supporting the integrity of our store, our values, and our commitment to caring for our customers.

For those products that are eligible for our Price Match Guarantee...here's how it works:

If you come along another online store offering a lower price then ours let us know and we'll match it!  To request your price match discount just e-mail us a link to the same product on our website as well as on our competitors website and we'll reply with a coupon code to access our product at the matched rate.

What makes our Price Match Guarantee Special? We'll match a competitor's price for up to 90 days AFTER your purchase! If you find the same product from a competitor for a lower price than you paid us for it, we'll refund you the difference.

All that said, our 100% Price Match Guarantee has some guidelines:

• -Competitor promotions such as rebates and 'buy one, get one free' offers are not eligible
• -The item must be in stock on the competitors website
• -The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location
• -The website can not be a discounter or auction website (ie; eBay, overstock, etc..)
• -The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer for the product in question
• -The Price Match Guarantee includes the item price and the shipping charges, it excludes sales tax
